Conference Registration

Conference registration is now open. You can register either:

•  on the web, by connecting to registration website

•  or by downloading the registration form, and then submitting your completed form by email to instr2004@cont.canterbury.ac.nz .

Please note that the following conditions apply to registrations.

Registration Fees

Full Registration (incl. Conference dinner) NZ$650.00

Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration deadline is 28 May 2004 . Registrations received prior to this date will qualify for the "Early Bird" rates.  Registrations received after that date will need to pay NZ$100 late fee.

Social events

Conference dinner for accompanying person NZ$70.00
Queenstown Trip (round trip by bus, share room) NZ$450.00
Queenstown Trip (single room supplement) NZ$190.00

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Office at instr2004@cont.canterbury.ac.nz . Cancellations for registrations and/or accommodation received before 28 May 2004 will receive a refund, less 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date.

Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but the Conference Office must be advised of any such changes.  Any changes to accommodation requirements must also be advised in writing to the Conference Office, not the hotel.
