Registration

 

All registration fees include conference attendance, welcome function, conference dinner, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, conference documentation and satchel.

 

There is a non-refundable Publication Fee of $450 per paper (maximum two papers for full registration, one paper for student registration).  Payment is due by 15 July. 

 

The Publication Fee is deducted from your conference registration fee, the balance of which may be paid at any time, but no later than 8 August.  (Note that the Publication Fees for two papers are equivalent to a full registration fee).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Conference cancellations received before 15 November 2006 will receive a refund, less a $20 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the Secretariat of any name changes.

 

Please note: The $450 Paper Fee is non-refundable at any stage.
